  • Establish a Baseline: Fill out the intake form (located on the left side of the screen) describing your current status and the fitness goals that you want to achieve.
  • Schedule a Free Video Consultation: This will allow you to speak with Andrew to discuss current progress, goals, and answer any questions that you may have.
  • Setup Your Profile: After you are added as a client, enter your information including current measurements/health status, progress pictures, determined goals, and access to equipment.
  • Program Design: Β A mobile exercise program is then createdΒ that is specifically customized for YOU with your fitness goals in mind.
  • Progression: Using fitness technology through mobile applications, specific exercise regiments and open communication are used to allow continued monitoring and advancement of progress.
  • Assessment of Goals: after completion of a program, a reassessment of your goals is taken to determine achievement status and if any additional exercise training is necessary.
  • Requirements: Must read to make sure you qualify!
    • Online Programming will consist of fitness training designed to improve wellness goals including: Strength, Endurance, Agility, and Health and Wellness.
    • If you need rehabilitation from a current injury, please contact your physical therapist or medical provider to address your injury. Once you completed your physical therapy, you are then eligible to participate in online fitness programming!
