- Program Design: Using Andrew’s Doctor of Physical Therapy and Exercise Science educational background with musculoskeletal injuries, rehabilitation and exercise program design, a mobile exercise program is created that is specifically customized for YOU.
- Progression: Using fitness technology through mobile applications, specific exercise regiments and open communication are used to allow continued monitoring and advancement of progress.
- Assessment of Goals: after completion of a program, a reassessment of your goals is taken to determine achievement status and if any additional exercise prescription is necessary.
