    Building single leg control can start small with as little as your own body weight as resistance. As you can perform movements like this, add in the band to challenge knee musculature while adding in movements in all planes. Once you have good control over movements like this, set a goal for yourself to start lifting heavier!!     Last one before heading back where the temp hurts my face. Had a blast visiting and running with my cousin Zach today.
    Told myself I'd rest today so here's yesterday's run! Committing to the rest day is just tough when there's a beach runner cruising by every 13 seconds. 😅

    Low back pain is a multifactorial complaint and needs to be accessed meticulously prior to giving specific excercise prescription. One concept that is easier to apply to broader audiences is tolerable movement is better than complete rest.
